What is Yoga ??
Yoga is the Union of an Individual Soul with the Supreme Soul, the Supreme Lord.

Why Yoga ??
Look at the world, it is so fascinating and such a stupendous marvel. The spectacle one perceives is so wonderful that one wants to seek and enjoy all that is considered pleasurable. Besides the most tantalizing sentient and insentient beings bubbling with energy and desire, at each moment thousands of beings are born and thousands shed their bodies. All forms of life are created in various sizes and shapes with different characteristics and features, they simmer for a while and then they fall, there comes an end to the body. In the intervening period between birth and death, one seeks fulfillment of desires, which are mostly unfulfilled. The process of fulfillment of desires is continuous; one step develops into the next stage, by the time one desire is barely fulfilled there comes the next. The process goes on and on. One is completely captivated by the Matter and Material that shines as Nature. It makes every being so engrossed in interactive behavior that most people never understand the real purpose of human birth. The entire life is wasted in running after sensual pleasures, when it is realized that there are other finer aspects of life also to be looked into, alas it is too late, the Domiciles Sword strikes.
