Now bring the object of concentration (image of God before the mind) Keep looking at the image, the image will move away, do not struggle to bring it back, watch your thoughts, slowly refocus on the image.Mentally start reciting the mantra or any name of God you feel that will help you concentrate.Generate a feeling that the image is smiling at you flooding you with light and knowledge. In case of difficulty you can consult the author.
